During a product development lifecycle, we may collect:

  • Access Credentials: Temporary access to your servers, APIs, or third-party platforms (handled via secure encrypted channels).
  • Contact Information: Names and emails of stakeholders for project management and communication.

3. Security of Source Code & Data

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your development environment. Source code is stored in private, secure repositories with restricted access granted only to authorized developers assigned to your project.

4. Non-Disclosure & Third Parties

We do not sell or lease your business data. Information is only shared with third-party services (like AWS, Azure, or Payment Gateways) that are strictly necessary for the deployment and operation of your specific software product.

5. Post-Project Data Retention

Upon project completion and final handover, Aaryom will retain project records for a period required by Indian law for tax and audit purposes. Clients may request the permanent deletion of their development-related data from our internal systems after handover.
