At AaryOM, we recognize that technology consulting and software engineering engagements involve direct access to sensitive business workflows, architecture, and proprietary logic. We are committed to maintaining the highest standard of data protection and institutional confidentiality regarding your commercial operations.

2. Information Collection During Engagement

Throughout an engineering or consulting engagement, we may process:

System & Workflow Metadata: Technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and requirements documentation provided for project execution.
Temporary Environment Access: Credentials or tokens to cloud consoles, APIs, or database staging instances (managed strictly via encrypted, local-only vaults).
Stakeholder Communications: Names, corporate email addresses, and phone numbers of client representatives for sprint reviews and handover sessions.

3. Source Code & Infrastructure Protection

We implement strict security hygiene for all development environments. Client source code is maintained exclusively within private, encrypted Git repositories with access restricted strictly to authorized engineers assigned to your Statement of Work (SOW).

4. Non-Disclosure & Third-Party Services

AaryOM will never sell, rent, or monetize your business data. Information is only transferred to external cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or Payment Gateways) that are directly requested and authorized by the client for the operation of their software product.

5. Post-Engagement Handover & Retention

Upon project completion and verified sign-off, all custom deliverables and intellectual property are transferred to the client. AaryOM retains transaction records strictly as required by applicable statutory accounting and commercial regulations. Clients may request written confirmation of the decommissioning of project staging environments.
